Super Soirees

In the past few months, I have attended some pretty fabulous soirees. Some were birthday parties, some were book clubs, and some were just because!

In January, I went on the Dallas Modern Home Tour. This was my favorite house.

In February, I helped BFF Hopsy celebrate her birthday!

And BFF Melissa threw a fab Oscar Night soiree.

BFF Emily hosted our monthly book club (we read "The Lucky One")

J and I had a little lawn game day at our place. Clearly, we need to water the grass.

In late March, we went down to Austin, for a blogger conference (and I got to meet my FAVORITE PERSON EVER Andy Cohen)

Then there was the Shift Into Spring Brunch at Melissa's house. SO cute.

 We got to meet Brad Goreski at his book signing, he was a doll and pretty in pink!

 In April, I hosted book club. We read "Sparkles" by Louise Bagshawe.

 Of course in April, Will & Kate celebrated their first wedding anniversary, so that called for a party. Hopsy and I are obsessed (that's putting it mildly) with the royals, so she went all out!

 Royal wedding party goodies! All British, all day.

In May, we had mint juleps at Sissy's Southern Kitchen for Derby Day.

 Andrea invited us to her friend's store opening. StellaDallas has a whole room of Lilly Pulitzer Home!

 A couple of weeks ago, we went to the Byron Nelson Golf Tournament on Argyle Saturday.

 And finally, last week, Melissa had the most amazing Golden Birthday party. The pink and gold tassel bunting was made by her mother and just to die for!

 Of course, the cake was delicious too!

This weekend promises to add several more soirees to list, with a Book Club at Haylee's house on the agenda, a 3rd Birthday Party for Cassie's adorable puppy, and a tea to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
